Neu-Götzens is a place in the communities Götzens and Natters in the district of Innsbruck-Land , Tyrol ( Austria ). It is located southwest of Innsbruck on a low mountain range and belongs to the Innsbruck judicial district .
Neu-Götzens is located around 2 km east of the village center of Götzens, on the road to Mutters (L 304, Neugötzener Straße), not far from Lake Natter . The place belongs partly to Götzens (larger part in the west) and partly to Natters (east bordering, structurally connected) and grew strongly as part of the preparations for the Olympic Winter Games 1964 in Innsbruck.
