The Neustadt 515 building in downtown Landshut is a former aristocratic palace. It is directly adjacent to the Königsfeld Palace .

history

In the 17th century the barons von Seyboltsdorf and the patrician family Glabsperger are named as owners, in the 18th century the Counts von Fraunhofen .

description

The house is a four-story saddle roof building with five window axes. Only the representative facade with a baroque triangular gable from the 18th century has been preserved, otherwise the building was heavily renovated after the Second World War. Today it is used as a residential and commercial building, in which, among other things, the HypoVereinsbank is located.

The building is a former monument of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation .
