The Newlands Pass or Newlands Home is a mountain pass in the Lake District , Cumbria , England .
The Newlands Pass is at an altitude of 333 m and is bordered in the south by Buttermere Moss and the Robinson Crags on Robinson . To the north of the pass is the Knott Rigg and the Whiteless Pike with Whiteless Breast.
An unclassified road over the pass connects Keswick through the Newlands Valley to the east with Buttermere to the west.
The Moss Force waterfall tumbles down from Buttermere Moss and Robinson to Newlands Pass, where it then flows east as the Keskadale Beck . The waterfall is easy to reach from the pass.
