Nierfeld is a district of Schleiden in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Euskirchen . It is located on the Olef between Schleiden and Gemünd . The Tränkelbach and the Dehlenbach, both of which flow into the Olef, arise to the east of the village. Almost 450 people live in Nierfeld.
The cardboard factory Nierfeld, founded in 1875, is part of the industry .

In the 14th century Nierfeld belonged to the Jülich subordinate Dreiborn .
Until the reorganization of the communities and districts of the reorganization area Aachen, which came into effect on January 1, 1972, Nierfeld belonged to the Dreiborn community, which was dissolved at the same time.
