Norberto Téllez (born January 22, 1972 in Rodas , Cienfuegos ) is a former Cuban athlete who celebrated his greatest successes in the 400 and 800 meter run .

At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, ​​Téllez won the silver medal in the 4 x 400 meter relay together with Lázaro Martínez , Héctor Herrera and Roberto Hernández , with the Cuban team defeating only the US team in 2: 59.51 minutes Relay had to give up.
