Norwood Young America is a city in the US state of Minnesota in Carver County . In 2010 the place had 3549 inhabitants.

Many residents of the community have German ancestors, which is why the foundation festival has been held every year in August for over 140 years, a kind of small Oktoberfest with music in the beer tent and some outdoor attractions. A German brass band is flown in every year.
