Oberamt Aufkirchen
The Oberamt Aufkirchen , based in Aufkirchen , had been an office, ie an administrative division, in the County of Oettingen since at least 1370 , which existed until the county or principality was dissolved in 1806.
history
The Oberamt Aufkirchen mainly consisted of places in the Wörnitzgrund . In this area, the Wassertrüdingen District Office of the Principality of Ansbach also tried to expand its rulership rights. The manor was therefore divided in most places. The relatively small senior office was not always full-time occupied by a bailiff.
