The Ohlebach is a 22.8 km long, southwest and right tributary of the Gersprenz in the Darmstadt-Dieburg district in Hesse .

The Ohlebach rises under the name Heubach in the forest southwest of Dorndiel and south of the long flat crest of the Binselberg and the Alte Höhe . It initially flows south in the direction of the village of the same name Heubach , which it then flows through as a horse brook to the west. Then it crosses under the federal highway 45 , takes up the Wiebelsbach and bends in a northerly direction. The Pferdsbach reaches Groß-Umstadt , in whose city center it is piped. After Groß-Umstadt the brook flows through Richen , where it bears the name Richer Bach. It now runs, divided into several arms of the stream, to Harpertshausen . To the north of it, the Richer Bach crosses the federal highway 26 and at Hergershausen the route of the Rhein-Main-Bahn . At the village Sickenhofen it flows from Langstadt coming Countries Bach to. A part of the Gersprenz, which runs parallel there, is fed to the Ohlebach at the Konfurter Mühle . In Babenhausen it flows into the Gersprenz.
