Oliver Beerhenke (born January 31, 1970 in Hanover ) is a German comedian , author and television presenter .

Life

He grew up in Steinheim , a small town near Paderborn . Beerhenke has been working as a stand-up comedian since 1998, before that he tried his hand at different professions, including tennis instructor and tour guide. He currently works as a comedian, operator of an escape room and trainer for sonar technology.

Beerhenke also began studying media education at Bielefeld University .

In 2004 he won the second season of the Star Search talent competition on Sat.1 in the comedy category .

Beerhenke has been hosting the RTL clip show Upps! Together with Andrea Göpel since December 2005 . - The super breakdown show and appears with its stage program on various stages in Germany, most recently in the Quatsch Comedy Club in Berlin.

Beerhenke also appeared in guest roles in various comedy formats such as Der König von Kreuzberg or Deich TV (both Sat.1). In September 2006 he took over the artistic direction of the comedy club “Schenkelklopfer” in Neuss . There he presented three comedians once a month in the style of the Quatsch Comedy Club . From January 2007 to March 2008, Beerhenke presented the Internet clip show Webmix on Super RTL , and in 2008 he and Andrea Göpel presented the RTL format Alarm auf der Waage (May 1, 2008).

Between February 2008 and December 2008 Beerhenke realized a 6-part improv comedy project called Lachhaft - Comedy im Knast in Krefeld, where he performed improvisation theater together with Sascha Korf , Lisa Feller and Edno Bommel, among others . In 2009 the concept was transformed into a classic stand-up mixed show. At the end of 2009 the project was ended as planned.

In April 2008 Beerhenke took part in the casting show Bully is looking for strong men . He applied for the role of fax and was eliminated in the "semifinals" of the show on May 13, 2008.

On 26 April 2009, he was in the VOX telecast Perfect Celebrity Dinner with Kelly Trump , Theo West and Michael Wendler to see.

In September 2016 Beerhenke opened his first escape game "X-it-ADVENTURES" in Bielefeld-Sennestadt.
