For the following season he then moved to the highest Polish league to Śląsk in Wroclaw . With the Polish record champions, he was able to take third place in the national championship twice in the following seasons. At the beginning of the 2008/09 season he moved to league rivals Anwil from Leslau , which he left after two months in December 2008.

In January 2009 Stević returned to Belgrade and played for Red Star, who also took third place in the national championship in 2010. Then his compatriot Predrag Krunić brought him into the German basketball league for the EWE Baskets Oldenburg. However, the 2009 champions failed in the first play-off round for the 2011 championship to Alba Berlin . At the beginning of the following season Stević got a month's contract in the Spanish ACB league with the Basque club Gescrap Bizkaia from Bilbao . After this contract was not extended, he moved to the Italian Lega Basket Serie A to the promoted AS Junior Libertas from Casale Monferrato . However, at the end of the season, he finished last and was relegated. Stević then returned to Poland for the 2012/13 season, where with the championship third Stelmet Zielona Góra just failed to make it to the quarter-finals in the 2012/13 Eurocup .
