Bosnia and Herzegovina took part in the 1998 Winter Olympics in the Japanese Nagano with a delegation of eight athletes in three disciplines in part, of which seven men and one woman. None of the athletes managed to win a medal.
The standard bearer at the opening ceremony was bobsledder Mario Franjić .
