Armenia took part in the 1998 Winter Olympics in the Japanese Nagano with a delegation of seven athletes, four men and three women, in part.

After 1994 , it was Armenia's second participation in the Winter Olympic Games .

Flag bearer

Cross-country skier Alla Mikajeljan carried the flag of Armenia during the opening ceremony in the Olympic Stadium .
