A total of four runs took place in the women's two-man bobsleigh at the 2018 Winter Olympics . The first two races were held on February 20, 2018 at 8:50 p.m. local time (12:50 p.m. CET ). The third and fourth runs took place on February 21, 2018, 8:40 p.m. local time (12:40 p.m. CET ). The women's two-man bobsleigh competition was held in the Alpensia Sliding Center .
Olympic champions were the Germans Mariama Jamanka and Lisa Buckwitz .

1On February 23, 2018, a substance on the doping list was found in the A sample of the Russian bobsledder Nadeschda Sergejewa - according to media reports, it is the stimulant trimetazidine . The doping test took place on February 18th. The Russian bobsleigh association confirmed the positive A sample to Russian media. The B sample was supposed to be tested the next day, but Sergeyeva decided not to do so and voluntarily left the Olympic Games. Sergejewa and the Russian bobsleigh association confirmed a doping violation. She was disqualified from the Winter Olympics, her twelfth place with teammate Anastassija Kochershova was canceled.
