With Galatasaray Ak was Turkish Cup winners in the 2004/05 season and Turkish champions in the 2005/06 season .

Until the 2007/08 season Orhan was a regular for the Red-Yellows , but he was no longer considered by Karl-Heinz Feldkamp . In the summer of 2012/13 he was hired in Bülent Uygun's new place of work, with the newcomer Sanica Boru Elazığspor .

After his contract with Elazığspor expired in the summer of 2013, he moved to the first division relegated Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor on a free transfer . In the summer of 2015 he ended his career with this club, which had since changed its name to Istanbul Başakşehir.
