Oriol Rubio (born March 8, 1997 ) is a Spanish ice hockey player who has been under contract with FC Barcelona since 2010 and has played in the Spanish Super League since 2013 .

Career

Oriol Rubio began his career as a hockey player at FC Barcelona , for whom he first played in the Spanish U18 league. Since 2013 he has been playing with the men's team in the super league .

International

For Spain Rubio took part in the junior division at the U18 junior world championships in Division II in 2013 , 2014 and 2015 , when he was voted best player in his team as the best goal setter of the tournament, as well as the U20 junior world championships in Division II 2014 , In 2015 , when he was the top scorer of the tournament together with Croatians Ivan Janković and Luka Jarčov , in 2016 , when he and the Serbian Uroš Bjelogrlić were behind the Romanian Norbert Rokaly , and in 2017 , when he was together with his compatriot Bruno Baldris and the Serbian Mirko Đumić Was the top scorer of the tournament and was voted the best striker of the tournament.
