Osman Durmuş

Osman Durmuş (born August 5, 1947 in Çankırı ) is a Turkish medical doctor who was a politician of the right-wing extremist Party of the Nationalist Movement (MHP) until 2011 .

Durmuş was elected Member of Parliament in the election on May 28, 2002 , which he remained until November 18, 2002. He was from the DSP -Ministerpräsidenten Bulent Ecevit appointed Minister of Health. He attended Ankara University and Gazi University and became a docent in 1990 and professor in 2003 after the MHP failed to pass the 5 percent hurdle in the 2002 elections . In the 2007 elections he was re-elected and represented the constituency of Kırıkkale .
