The PCC stadium is a football stadium in the Homberg district of the North Rhine-Westphalian city of Duisburg . The sports facility is named after the German PCC SE group , the main sponsor of VfB Homberg . In addition to the regional soccer team VfB Homberg, the women's Bundesliga team MSV Duisburg also plays in the PCC stadium.

history

The PCC stadium was completed in 2003 and is purely a football stadium. It can accommodate 3,000 visitors. The main stand has 800 covered seats and standing room in the form of seven concrete steps. The changing rooms and the clubhouse of VfB Homberg are located below the grandstand. The VfB Homberg logo is painted on the outside of the grandstand. In the entrance area there is a board on which the MSV Duisburg logo and the club's successes are posted. The opposite side consists of grass walls and two concrete steps, a guest area separated by fences has been set up there since summer 2019 - as a result of the promotion to the Regionalliga West. The display board is also on the opposite side; in the summer the original display was replaced by a new model. Behind the gates there are pure grass walls.

Behind the grandstand there are two artificial turf pitches that are used for training for all VfB Homberg teams and for competitive games for all teams except the first team.
