action

Brooklyn-based Adam Cassidy is a young computer specialist and employee of Wyatt Corporation. In order to be able to take care of his sick father, he works hard on himself.

When he loses his job, he invites all of his friends over at the company's expense. The head of the Wyatt Corporation, Nicholas Wyatt, learns of this and gives Adam a choice: Either Adam is charged with embezzlement or he agrees to spy on Wyatt's former mentor and now rival, Jock Goddard. Goddard owns the telecommunications company Eikon, which competes with Wyatt. Adam is supposed to pass on information to Wyatt about a groundbreaking cell phone model that Eikon is planning. With Wyatt's help, Adam succeeds in joining Goddard's company and assuming a prestigious position. To get to his destination, Wyatt walks over corpses - he threatens Adam's father and friends. Adam gets caught between the fronts.

When caught stealing his cell phone, Goddard blackmailed Adam and Wyatt. Adam finally cooperates with the FBI and pulls his head out of the noose. Goddard and Adam are arrested on various offenses and Adam is not charged with the leniency program. Adam asks his former colleague Emma, whom he fell in love with, for forgiveness and she forgives him. Adam builds up his own existence with a computer company in Brooklyn.
