Park Kyung-mo (born August 15, 1975 in Okcheon ) is a South Korean archer .

Park Kyung-mo has been a world leader since 1993. At the World Championship of the year in Antalya he won the individual and silver titles with the team. The next major success was a long time coming. Park won the team title at the 2001 World Cup in Beijing . He achieved this success in 2003 in New York City and in 2005 in Madrid . In 2001 Park also won bronze in the individual. At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens , the shooter was fifth in the individual competition and won with the South Korean team. At the games he set an Olympic record with 173 rings. Winning the team gold of the South Koreans could in 2008 be repeated in Beijing. Four days after winning gold, he was in the final for the gold medal in the individual competition. Surprisingly, he had to admit defeat with 112-113 rings against the Ukrainian Viktor Ruban . In addition to the successes at major events, there are several victories and top placements at World Cup events.
