Pascal Lefrançois (also LeFrançois ; * 1987 in Montreal , Québec ) is a professional Canadian poker player . He won a bracelet at the World Series of Poker in 2010 and the main event of the partypoker Millions in Barcelona in 2018 .

Lefrançois started playing poker in 2005. He has been playing online since July 2006 under the nicknames Pass_72 ( PokerStars ) and Pass_555 ( Full Tilt Poker ) . His online tournament winnings on PokerStars be more than 3 million US dollars . There Lefrançois won the Sunday Warm-Up in mid-August 2008 with a prize of over 100,000 US dollars. At the end of May 2020 he prevailed in the Main Event of the Spring Championship of Online Poker and received around 415,000 US dollars. Since 2009 he has also been taking part in renowned live tournaments .

Lefrançois was mid-June 2009 for the first time at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas successful and died in a tournament variant No-Limit Hold'em in the money. At the 2010 WSOP , he won a tournament with a prize money of almost 570,000 US dollars and received a bracelet in addition to the prize money . He then reached the eighth day of the tournament in the main event . After leading the field with 18 remaining participants as the chip leader, he was eliminated shortly before reaching the final table in eleventh place for around 635,000 US dollars. In late November 2012, Lefrançois reached the final table of the World Poker Tour (WPT) main event in Montreal and earned around $ 470,000 for second place. In mid-January 2014, he finished seventh at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventures main event in the Bahamas for just under 250,000 US dollars. At the beginning of May 2014, Lefrançois finished ninth at the high roller event of the European Poker Tour in Monte-Carlo for more than 110,000 euros in prize money. At the Playground Poker Fall Classic in Kahnawake at the end of November 2014 , he finished second in the high roller event, but received most of the prize money of almost 150,000 Canadian dollars due to a deal with Matt Jarvis and Darren Elias . In April 2017, Lefrançois won the Super High Roller of the partypoker Millions in Nottingham with a bonus of just under 200,000 US dollars. In mid-April 2018, he also won the main event of the partypoker Millions in Barcelona . For this he prevailed against 1174 other players and received a prize of 1.7 million euros.

In total, Lefrançois has earned more than $ 5 million in poker in live tournaments. From April to December 2016 he played as part of the Montreal Nationals in the Global Poker League and won the title with his team.
