Pasecký Žleb (German Passekgrund ) is a district of the municipality of Paseka in the Czech Republic . It is located ten kilometers northeast of Uničov and belongs to the Okres Olomouc .

geography

Pasecký Žleb is located in the woods to the west of the Lower Jeseníky . The small settlement located in the valley of the river Teplička ( potion Bach ). The Lícha (600 m) rises to the northeast, the Červený Kopec (642 m) to the southeast, the Vysoká Roudná (660 m) and the Zvon (592 m) to the south and the Karlovský vrch (621 m) to the northwest.

Neighboring towns are Karlov and Křížov in the north, Huzová and Dolní Mlýn in the northeast, Mutkov in the east, Dalov, Horní Žleb and Chabičov in the southeast, Řídeč and Komárov in the south, Rybníček and Paseka in the southwest, sanatorium in the west and Horní Dlouhá Loučka and Valůš in the north-west.

history

At the beginning of the 18th century was built on the feud to German home a small settlement, which as since 1716 associated forests in the bottom of the drink stream Passeker reason is proven. the registers have been kept in Passek since 1731 , where teaching was also carried out. From 1771 the place was called Passekgrund or Grunta . In 1834 35 people lived in the six houses in the village. The Czech name Pasecký Grunt has been in use since 1839 . Until the middle of the 19th century, Passekgrund always remained subordinate to the fiefdom Deutschhaus, which was part of the Eulenberg domain .

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Passekgrund / Pasecký Grunt 1850 a district of the municipality Mauzendorf in the district administration and the judicial district of Sternberg . The Czech name Paseky was used from 1869 and Pasecký Žleb from 1893 . In 1900 39 people lived in the small excursion site. According to the Munich Agreement , the place was incorporated into the German Reich on October 10, 1938 as part of Mauzendorf and belonged to the Sternberg district until 1945 . After the end of the war, Pasecký Žleb came back to Czechoslovakia and the German population was expelled. 1959 was the change to Paseka . In 1991 Pasecký Žleb had 14 inhabitants. In the 2001 census, 18 people lived in the seven houses.
