Patrick Heusinger (born February 14, 1981 in Jacksonville , Florida ) is an American actor .

life and career

Patrick Heusinger grew up in his native Jacksonville and attended the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts there .

Partick Heusinger had his first film role in 2005 in the film Sweet Land . After other films, including Nanny Diaries , in 2008 he played Lord Marcus Beaton , who had a brief relationship with Blair Waldorf , in the second season of the series Gossip Girl . After guest appearances in 30 Rock , Good Wife , Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Rescue Me , he had a minor role in the award-winning film Black Swan in 2010 . In the same year followed the role of Adam Pierce in the series Royal Pains , which he impersonated until 2011. Also from 2010 to 2011 he was for four episodes in the series Submissions Only . In 2012 Heusinger played a leading role in the independent film Frances Ha . Since then, various guest roles have followed, including in Castle and Bones - The Bone Hunter , and a longer story arc in the series Revolution . Since 2014 he can be seen in the Bravo series Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce alongside Lisa Edelstein .
