Peter Pertusini

Peter G. Pertusini , complete Peter Gregor Pertusini (* 1983 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actor .

Life

After his Matura, which he passed in 2001 at the Gymnasium of the Kollegium Kalksburg in Vienna, Peter Pertusini briefly studied theater studies and Italian at the University of Vienna . From the end of 2002 to summer 2006 he completed his acting studies at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna, where a. a. Maria Happel , Karlheinz Hackl , Klaus Maria Brandauer , Dirk Nocker and Anna Franziska Srna were among his teachers.

After graduating, he had his first stage engagements at the Bad Hersfeld Festival (2007), at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt and in Vienna. From the 2008/09 season he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Landestheater Linz until 2016 . There he played the leading roles a. a. Franz Moor , Peer Gynt , Leontes and Orsino . In the course of his career he has worked with Thorsten Fischer , Stephanie Mohr , Armin Holz , Matthias Langhof , Bernada Horres , Peter Wittenberg , Marc Becker and several times with Gerhard Willert . He has been working as a freelance actor since 2017.

In 2017 he was a guest at the Waldviertler Hoftheater as Dr. Fist . In 2018 he played in the Bregenz " Theater Kosmos ", a. a. together with Andreas Jähnert and Fabian Schiffkorn , in the world premiere of The Wonderful Destruction of Man by Martin Gruber with his action theater ensemble .

Pertusini also stood in front of the camera for several film and television productions. For the cinema he shot a. a. directed by Barbara Gräftner and Andreas Schmied . He had roles in the Austrian TV series Kommissar Rex , SOKO Donau , SOKO Kitzbühel and CopStories . In the third season of the internationally produced television series Borgia (2014), he was seen alongside John Doman (as Pope Alexander VI ). He also appeared in the TV series Blind Determined - Blood Ties (2019). In the film sector he also worked as a director, writer and producer.

Peter Pertusini lives and works in Vienna and Linz .
