Vujica's books (Europaverlag, Suhrkamp), which were mainly created in the 1970s and published under the pseudonym Peter Daniel Wolfkind , belong to fantastic literature, in the narrower sense of modern romanticism , and have often been compared to the grotesque tales of Roald Dahl because of their black, humorous, macabre coloring .

From 1982 to 1989 he was the director of the Styrian Autumn Festival, a festival of modern art of all kinds. Peter Vujica was also the inventor and developer of cosmophony , the acoustic representation of planetary constellations using so-called cosmic sonagrams . A horoscope is converted into a sequence of sounds by using conventional notation to create a composition that, from the perspective of the user, reproduces a melody and the associated rhythm that are suitable for the horoscoped person. Melody and rhythm should have cosmic references.
