Peter Wolf (born August 30, 1957 in Müllheim , Baden-Württemberg ) is a German artist manager and television producer .

Career

In 1988 Peter Wolf set up his own artist agency in Berlin . Peter Wolf's first client was the actor and entertainer Harald Juhnke , whom he represented from 1988 until his death in 2005. To this day, Peter Wolf looks after the business interests of Harald Juhnke and the Juhnke family. Other clients of Peter Wolf were Vicky Leandros , Bettina Zimmermann , Thomas Heinze , Mariella Ahrens , Hera Lind , Andrea Kiewel and Carmen Nebel .

Peter Wolf was a partner in TeeVee Produktions GmbH from 2003 to 2017. From 2004 to 2015 Peter Wolf produced 68 episodes of the ZDF show Willkommen bei Carmen Nebel . The collaboration between the moderator and the manager ended in 2015 and resulted in numerous lawsuits. In March 2019, a court sentenced Peter Wolf to pay the moderator EUR 750,000 in damages, followed by another conviction of EUR 330,000 in June 2020.

Peter Wolf also produced concert recordings for TV and the recording industry, such as For example, the concerts of Andreas Gabalier in the Wiener Stadthalle and in the Munich Olympiahalle, by the German pop band Pur in the Mercedes-Benz-Arena Berlin and by Vicky Leandros in Hamburg. He was also responsible for TV events such as the large ZDF donation galas for the church aid organizations “Misereor” and “Bread for the World” as well as the ZDF donation galas for the “German Cancer Aid”. In 2012 he produced “The Big Show of Long Legs” for the MDR for the first time, which was continued on October 14, 2017 in MDR.

In 2003 Peter Wolf founded the German Show Ballet Berlin . In 2012 he took over the German TV Ballet from Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR) , which will be dissolved in 2021 due to the lower order situation.

Peter Wolf lives in Berlin and has been married to the dancer and singer Melanie Wolf since 2011 .
