The choir, which has just closed, is flanked by a two-story extension in the north and south. The simple exterior is structured along pilaster strips. The west facade has a pilaster structure above a high base zone . In two arched niches are stone figures of Saints Nicholas and Florian . The tower, which is slightly in the middle, rises between a volute gable above an eaves cornice . The tower is accentuated by corner pilasters and arched sound windows . Above that is an onion cap . There are segmental arched windows on the Emporenjoch and the choir. On the north and south sides of the central nave there is an arched window. The building inscription "1744" is on the eastern choir wall.

Church interior

The nave of the church is square vaulted . In the north and south, the nave is extended by niches with barrel vaults over belt arches . In the west and east there is a narrow segmental arch over rounded walls. The walls are structured with pilasters and have a surrounding cornice below the vault. The west gallery is barrel vaulted and has a swinging parapet. The tower ground floor is vaulted. The two-bay choir is also under a square vault. The yokes are divided by double belt arches that rest on pilasters. The decorated oratorio windows are richly decorated with drapery and stucco decor. Furnishing

Most of the furnishings come from the Carmelite Church in Wiener Neustadt . The objects transferred include the high altar, the right side altar, the pulpit and the organ. The high altar, a columnar altar, stands on a high pedestal . The column reliefs show pictures from the life of St. Theresa . The altarpiece with the "Assumption of St. Theresa into heaven" was painted in 1732 by Petrus van Roy . The top picture shows St. Nicholas. On the altar are figures of Saints Nicholas, Florian, Gregory the Great , Maria Magdalena and John . The free-standing altar has a tall tabernacle structure . A crucifixion group from the second quarter of the 18th century stands in a wall niche on the left side altar. The right side altar is called "Joseph's Altar". On the pedestal stand two columns on sloping plinths with volute gables. The altar panel shows the " twelve year old Jesus in the temple ". St. John Nepomuk can be seen on the top picture . The console figures on the altar date from the second quarter of the 18th century. The baroque pulpit with the figures of the evangelists also dates from the second quarter of the 18th century. The baroque wrought iron communion grille and the baptismal font date from the first half of the 18th century.

organ

The organ from 1758 was made by Johann Friedrich Ferstl . It was destroyed in 1807 and restored to its presumed original condition in 1970 and 1971.
