Phillip J. Roth

Phillip J. Roth (born June 10, 1959 in Portland , Oregon ) is an American film producer , screenwriter and film director .

Life

Roth began his career in the film business as a producer and screenwriter in 1982 with the film Breach of Contract . His second production followed six years later with the action film Bad Trip , with which he also made his debut as a director. From the 1990s onwards he mainly appeared as a producer of B-films , but he continued to work as a director until 2003, and he continues to develop scripts to this day. His preferred genres are primarily horror and science fiction films . His work as a producer includes more than 100 productions for film and television. As a director, Roth directed 20 films.

Roth is married to his fourth marriage and has several children.
