aims

The aim of the organization is to create transparency about the structures and effects of charitable work. This is intended to enable foundations , companies, private donors and the general public, but also non-profit organizations , to act in a more impact-oriented manner and to achieve more for society. Non-profit organizations, for example, receive free advice and guidance on how to make more impact. By presenting effective “lighthouse projects” in many civil society sub-areas, the company also pursues the goal of civil society growing in numbers.

Analytical method

The Phineo-Analysis is a procedure to assess the impact and the success of charitable activities in the opinion of the company. Organizations are evaluated in terms of their performance and the potential impact of their projects. The analysis consists of a four-step process. The process is open to non-profit organizations of all types and sizes. The analysis is free of charge and financed by the donors. Organizations that successfully complete the process receive the Wirkt seal, a free donation seal .

Donation seal

The company has been awarding a donation seal since 2010 , the Act seal. Non-profit organizations receive the “Wirkt” seal after a thorough analysis of their potential impact. Topics included inclusion for people with disabilities, climate protection , child poverty, musical education, integration , STEM education , health issues and engagement against right-wing extremism . Here Phineo works together with partners such as the Amadeu Antonio Foundation , Pfizer , Bundesliga Foundation , Children for a better World and the social heroes .

Germany rounds up
