The Plymouth Six (or Plymouth Model PF ) was a medium-sized passenger car that Chrysler manufactured under the brand name Plymouth in the 1934 model year. It represented the middle equipment line this year.

description

Like its sister models, the car had a side-controlled six-cylinder in-line engine with 3299 cm³ and an output of 77 bhp (56.5 kW). The car was presented together with the deluxe model PE in December 1933. The vehicles were between 4470 and 4609 mm long and weighed between 1138 and 1261 kg. There was a choice of two- and four-door sedans as well as two-door business coupé and roadster coupé.

From May 1934 a slightly better equipped Plymouth Special Six (or also: Plymouth model PFXX ) was also offered. Inside it offered, for example, an ashtray and a glove compartment, and a little more chrome trim on the outside. In addition to the bodies of the PF model, the PFXX also had a city limousine with four doors.

Quantities

By September 1934 39,544 copies of the Plymouth Six and 35,298 copies of the Plymouth Special Six were made by September.

successor

The successor as the medium series was the Plymouth Business from 1935 .
