Yenisei Bridge on the M54 above Podzineje

Podsineje is located on the Novokuznetsk - Taischet railway line opened on this section in 1965 ( Podsini station ; route km 394), from which a freight connecting line to the Isychski open-cast coal mine near Bely Yar branches off. The road from Abakan to Minusinsk runs through the village and crosses the Yenisei at the village together with the railway line on a combined railway-road bridge.

The new route of the M54 trunk road from Krasnoyarsk to Kyzyl , the capital of the Tuva Republic , and to the Mongolian border, which has been developed like a motorway there, bypasses Podzineje south and crosses the Yenisei on a new bridge built between 1999 and 2003. The regional road R141, which connects Abakan with the city of Sajanogorsk upstream from Yenisei and the settlement of Cheryomushki on the Sayano-Shuschensk reservoir , branches off at the northern edge of the village.
