Polzberg is a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Gaming in the Scheibbs district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 86 building areas with 26,657 m² and 31 gardens on 17,978 m² in the cadastral municipality of Polzberg , in 1989/1990 there were 87 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 159 and in 2009/2010 there were 131 buildings on 194 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 345 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 2189 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 288 hectares and 2204 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 287 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 2177 hectares. The average soil climate number of Polzberg is 15.2 (as of 2010).
