Thomas Ruhl conceived the idea of ​​a culinary magazine and founded the Edition Port Culinaire publishing house. In 2006 he published the first issue No. ZERO ( ISBN 978-3-938173-26-8 ). It was still published in two languages ​​(German / English). This was followed by further exclusively German-language editions with a circulation of 15,000 copies from 2007. Since 2006, the editorial team has been headed by Managing Director Thomas Ruhl. Unless otherwise noted, all photographs in the magazine are from Thomas Ruhl.
