Population development
After the beginning of the records, the population rose in the first half of the 19th century to a high of around 345. In the period that followed, a decline set in until the 1960s, which caused the number of inhabitants to drop to around 140 during short recovery periods. A phase of growth began, which led to a significant increase in the number of inhabitants, especially at the turn of the millennium. There has been a reduction in size since the 2010s.
