Prix ​​Lumières : Best Actress

Winner of the French film award Prix Lumières in the category Best Actress ( Meilleure actrice ). The French foreign press has been giving its awards to the best film productions and filmmakers every year since 1996, retrospectively for the previous cinema year.

The most successful in this category was Isabelle Huppert , who received four awards. In 13 cases, the award-winning actress agreed with the later César winner , most recently in 2018 with the awarding of the award to Jeanne Balibar ( Barbara ).
