Quirino (Angkaki) is a municipality in the Philippine province of Ilocos Sur . It borders the Mountain Province to the east and the Abra Province to the north . Part of the mountainous area belongs to the Tirad Pass National Park . There are also two hot springs in Quirino . The municipality is crossed by the Abra River.
