Magsingal is a municipality in the Philippine province of Ilocos Sur and is located on the South China Sea . In the east it borders on the province of Abra . In 2015, 30,792 people lived in the 85 km² area, resulting in a population density of 362 inhabitants per km². The flat area has several beaches on the coast.
In Magsingal is the parish church of San Guillermo de Aquitania , which is classified as a National Cultural Treasure .
