The Río Guadalupe is a river in the Cordillera de Lípez in the south-eastern Andean high mountains of Bolivia .

The Río Guadalupe has a total length of 69 kilometers. It rises at an altitude of 5169  m on the western slope of Cerro Morokho ( 5684  m ) in the municipality of San Antonio de Esmoruco in the province of Sur Lípez in the Department of Potosí . The river flows in a westerly direction for the first 32 kilometers, then turns north and flows through the Municipio Mojinete , whereby the river separates the canton La Cienega from its two western neighboring cantons Bonete Palca and Pueblo Viejo . On its last 23 kilometers, the Río Guadalupe again flows largely in a westerly direction and forms the border between the municipality and the neighboring municipality in the north for long stretches. On the last kilometer below the town of Mojinete , the river leaves the Sud Lípez province and flows into the Río San Juan del Oro , a tributary of the Río Pilcomayo , in the province of Sur Chichas .

A river of the same name, the Río Guadalupe in the municipality of San Pablo de Lípez , rises 44 kilometers west of the Cerro Morokho on the Cerro Lípez . However, this Rio Guadalupe flows in a northerly direction and joins to 22 kilometers with the Salado to the Rio Grande de Lípez , the downstream in the salt lake Uyuni opens.
