Club career
Radosław Cierzniak is a Polish goalkeeper. His first professional club was the Ukrainian first division team Wolyn Lutsk , where he was not used in the first half of the 2002/03 season and was given to the league rivals Karpaty Lviv . Here, too, he was not used and returned to Poland. He was able to gain his first gaming experience with the then second division team Stomil Olsztyn . After 13 appearances in the second league, 29 more were added for Aluminum Konin in the 2003/04 season , before he was committed in 2004 by the Ekstraklasa club Amica Wronki . Here he was the regular goalkeeper. However, after the merger of Amica Wronki and Lech Posen, he was only No. 2 behind Krzysztof Kotorowski and left the club at the end of the season in the direction of Korona Kielce . Here his performances were very variable, so that he was sometimes No. 1, sometimes No. 2 in goal. In Poland he made 61 appearances in the Ekstraklasa and 74 appearances in the 2nd division. For the second half of the 2010/11 season Cierzniak moved to Cyprus to Alki Larnaka . In Cyprus, he played 21 league games in a year and a half before signing a contract with Polish first division club Cracovia Krakow on February 29, 2012 until the end of the 2011/12 season . From the 2012/13 season Radosław Cierzniak played in Scotland for Dundee United . Here he was the undisputed number 1 in goal and made 112 league games in the Scottish Premiership . For the 2015/2016 season he moved back to Poland to Wisła Krakow , where he signed for 1 season. He was also number 1 in goal for Kraków before it became known that Cierzniak would move to Legia Warsaw after the season .
