Cristian Pasquato (born July 20, 1989 in Padua ) is an Italian football player . He plays in attacking midfield or as a striker .

Career

In the club

Cristian Pasquato joined Juventus Turin in 2003 . In 2005/06 he won the Italian championship with Juve in the Allievi Nazionali age group . He then played in the highest age group of Italian youth football, the Primavera , in which he won the Italian Supercup in 2007 .

Pasquato made his debut in the professional team of Juventus on May 11, 2008 in a 1-1 draw against Catania Calcio , when he was substituted on by coach Claudio Ranieri for Alessandro Del Piero .

For the season 2008/09 Pasquato was loaned to the Serie B club FC Empoli , in summer 2009 the loan deal was extended. In January 2010, the offensive man moved on loan to US Triestina , for which he completed 17 games in the back series of the 2009/10 season .

In August 2010, Cristian Pasquato moved to Serie B on loan to FC Modena for the 2010/11 season . The striker was a regular under coach Cristiano Bergodi , played 40 of the 42 season games and scored nine goals. At the end of the season, Pasquato reached tenth place with the Canarini and returned to Turin.

In the national team

Cristian Pasquato went through the Italian youth national teams since the U-16 selection . In 2009 he played two games for the Italian U-21 selection .
