Raheem Adewole Lawal (born May 4, 1990 in Lagos ) is a Nigerian football player .

Career

society

Nwogbo was born in the Nigerian city of Lagos and learned to play football in the youth teams of various teams in his homeland. He then moved to the Spanish team Club Deportivo Atlético Baleares in 2009 and played the next three seasons for this club.

In the summer of 2012 he left Atlético Baleares and moved to the Turkish TFF 1st Lig for promoted Adana Demirspor . At his new club he established himself as one of the shooting stars of the first half of the season and was associated with several Turkish first division clubs such as Bursaspor and Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor during the winter break . Finally, Lawal moved to the start of the second half of the season for first division club Mersin İdman Yurdu . With this club he missed relegation at the end of the season and was relegated to the 1st Lig.

On the last day of the 2013/14 winter transfer period, Lawal moved to the first division club Eskişehirspor .

In the spring of 2016, he moved to Osmanlıspor FK and was loaned out to the league rivals Kayserispor for the second half of the 2016/17 season.

For the 2018/19 season Lawal left Turkey after six years and moved to Al-Ittihad Kalba SC . After one season he returned to Turkey with his move to the second division club Fatih Karagümrük SK .

National team

After joining Adana Demirspor, he was discovered for the Nigerian national soccer team and made his international debut in autumn 2012. In January 2013 he was nominated for the 2013 African Cup of Nations.
