Sercan Yıldırım (born April 5, 1990 in Bursa ) is a Turkish football player .

Club career

Yıldırım began his career in the 2005/06 season for the Turkish first division club Bursaspor . His first use followed in the 2007/08 season. In its second season, Sercan completed 30 games and scored eleven goals. In the 2009/10 season he won the Turkish championship with Bursaspor.

For the 2011/12 season Sercan Yıldırım moved to Galatasaray Istanbul . In his first season with Galatasaray, he won the championship. He himself came to 19 games in the league and scored one goal. During the first half of the 2012/13 season, his situation in the team did not change. Behind Umut Bulut , Johan Elmander and Burak Yılmaz , Yıldırım only played in the Turkish Cup from the start and played three games in the Süper Lig. For the second half of this season he was awarded to Sivasspor .

The first half of the 2013/14 season played Yıldırım on loan at Şanlıurfaspor in the 2nd division.

On January 21, 2014, Yıldırım returned to Bursaspor on loan . Bursaspor had a purchase option for him until the end of the season, but it was not used. Yıldırım was awarded for the 2014/15 season to the Süper Lig promoted Balıkesirspor . The club has a purchase option of 1.3 million euros for the striker until May 31, 2015. For the 2015/2016 season, Sercan was loaned to Bursaspor again , with a purchase option of € 750,000. In the summer of 2016, he finally returned to Bursaspor with a transfer fee. On July 28, 2018, his contract with Bursaspor was terminated.

After remaining without a club in the first half of the 2017/18 season, he was signed by second division club Giresunspor in January 2019 . For the new season he moved to the Istanbul second division club Fatih Karagümrük SK .

National team

Sercan Yıldırım is a national player for the Turkish U21s . He made his senior team debut on June 21, 2009 against Azerbaijan . He scored his first goal for the Turkish national team against Estonia.
