Ralph Misske
Ralph-Jürgen Misske (born September 22, 1959 in Wiesbaden ) is a German actor , director and video producer .
Life
The son of the chamber singer Gerhard Misske and the soprano Bernie Riegg-Misske performed at the Hessian State Theater as a child and played the title role in the television series Timo alongside Liselotte Pulver at the age of 14 . This was followed by a tour of Germany at the side of Martin Held with the two-person play Friends and Enemies by Arkady Leokum and in 1976 he worked at the first Circus Roncalli by André Heller , before he attended the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum , which is now the acting course at the Folkwang University of the Arts under Otto Wilhelm received his training as an actor and director .
In 1980, Niels-Peter Rudolph brought him to Hamburg as an assistant director , where he staged the art of comedy at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in 1984 , after which he worked for several years as a theater director in Lübeck , Krefeld , Mannheim and St. Gallen .
His first opera production Così fan tutte in Gießen was followed by other music theater productions in St. Gallen , Mönchengladbach and Heidelberg , among others , until he became senior director of the Lübeck opera in 1995 .
Parallel to his work as a director, Misske continued to be seen as an actor, for example as Marquis Posa in Holger Berg's Don Karlos production in Frankfurt in 1986 with Justus von Dohnányi in the title role. Since the late 1990s, he has primarily been in front of the camera. He was HR manager Dorschel in the ZDF series Five Stars and in Leander Haußmann's Robert Zimmermann is amazed to see love . Directed by Niki Müllerschön, Misske played a corrupt city councilor on ARD in 2011 (doppelganger with Jutta Speidel and H. Lauterbach) and in 2012 the Hamburg-based minister of economics in a broad dialect a. A. can be seen with Senta Berger.
As an author Misske worked previously for Grundy UFA developed several film materials and published a German version of the opera Il Flaminio by Pergolesi at the Ricordi publishing house. Since 2004 he has also been working as a video producer in Hamburg. In 2008 he founded a video studio for personal presentations from which, among other things, StudioSeminar.de emerged. In August 2018 he became a lecturer for drama lessons at the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold.
