Ram Bergman (* 1970 in Rishon LeZion , Israel ) is an Israeli film producer .

Life

Bergman was born in Rishon LeZion , Israel . Since 1994 he has produced almost 40 films. His best known are Brick , Looper and Star-Wars : The Last Jedi , which were created in collaboration with director Rian Johnson . In 2013 Bergman produced the dramatic comedy Don Jon, directed by and with Joseph Gordon-Levitt . Together with Kathleen Kennedy , he was responsible for the production of the Star Wars film The Last Jedi .

In November 2017, Disney announced that Bergman and Rian Johnson would be responsible for a new Star Wars trilogy .

Bergman is the founder and owner of the Ram Bergman Productions production company .
