If necessary, Gulp also offers a classic personnel search.

In addition to freelancers in the IT industry, the company recruits candidates for interim management positions.

The Gulp.de website went online in October 1996 as a pure mediation exchange and contact platform for job seekers and project providers . Order brokerage came about by initially entering their programming and industry knowledge in the profile database of Gulp.de.

Companies looking for skilled workers could view the registered profiles and get in touch with one of the freelancers for a fee.

In the beginning it was mainly software developers who used GULP, but the offerings soon encompassed the entire IT area. In addition, Gulp.de also offers a seminar and event calendar, a "knowledge base" with information about the project business, as well as several discussion forums. From the beginning of 2004, the company expanded its business model and is now also active as a classic IT personnel agency.
