Rastaman Vibration is a reggae - album from Jamaican reggae musician Bob Marley . It was released on April 30, 1976. Rastaman Vibration is considered to be the album that made Marley a world star. Accordingly, it was also a great success, even though none of the songs made it to the top of the single charts. The album made it into the US Billboard 200 album charts in 1976, reached number 8 on May 15, 1976, and stayed in the charts for a total of 22 weeks.
