The Rede dos Emissores Portugueses (short: REP , German  "Portuguese transmitter network" ) is the national association of radio amateurs in Portugal .

The association was founded in 1926 with the aim of promoting the practice of amateur radio and the associated research into high-frequency technology . The member activities include contests , campaigns such as SOTA and "DXpeditions", as well as transmission and reception technology, test reports and building instructions for antennas.

The REP has been a member of the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU Region 1), the international association of amateur radio associations, since 1933 , where it represents the interests of Portuguese radio amateurs.
