The Reuschberg is a nearly 415 meter high mountain in the Spessart in the Bavarian district of Aschaffenburg .

description

In the Kahlgrund , at the foot of the wooded Reuschberg, in the southwest is the Schöllkrippen market with the Reuschberg , Schabernack and Röderhof farms . The community of Kleinkahl is on the north side .

The Altenburg, also known as the Old Castle , was once located on the summit of the Reuschberg . Until a few years ago, people believed in their Celtic origins, but after an excavation this turned out to be wrong. The Degen path leads over the summit .

To the west of the summit, at a height of around 385 m, there is a transmitter that is used by the Vodafone Group .

Located below the edge of the wood old farm Reuschenberg is a former convent building of the Pallottines . An academy for theater and art has been located in the building since 1991 .
