The Reutibach is a brook in the foothills of the Alps in the Biberach district and in the Alb-Danube district . It belongs to the river system of the Danube and initially flows in a southerly sweeping curve to the east, then long to the northeast and flows into the Stehenbach from the left just before the Unterstadion .

The Reutibach arises a little east of the district of Offingen von Uttenweiler . It flows for about the first third of its course eastwards to Uttenweiler, where it turns on a constant north-east course. After crossing the Sauggart district , he changes to the Alb-Donau district and passes the only village in the small community of Grundsheim on the right bank. Then it enters the municipal area of Oberstadion and flows through the district of Rettighofen , finally flowing along the municipal boundary to the Unterstadion north of Oberstadion from the left into the Stehenbach , which here is also called Mühlhauser Bach after its previously shorter left tributary, Mühlhauser Bach .

Catchment area

The Reutibachs has a 28.0 km² catchment area of ​​28.0 km², which in natural terms lies in the foothills of the Alps , with the upper and middle parts of the area in the lower Danube-Ablach-Platten area , near the mouth from a little before Grundsheim in the lower hilly area of ​​the lower Riss . The highest point on the western tip at the eastern foot of the bus ( 766.5  m above sea level ) a little north of Uttenweiler - Offingen reaches 693  m above sea level. NHN .
