In the 1991/92 season Mademanns was a regular under coach Ristić, after another coach change at Schalke Udo Lattek took over the office. Under Lattek, Mademann no longer got a chance. For the new season he moved to Saarland to FC Homburg . Homburg played in the 2nd league, in the first year the tenth place was occupied, in the second year the descent follows as the table penultimate. He played for Wuppertaler SV for the next six years . After ending his career there in the summer of 2002, he strengthened SV Bergisch Gladbach 09 again in the first half of the 2003/04 season .
