Richard Reinhard

Richard Reinhard (born April 29, 1846 in Freiburg im Breisgau ; † June 1, 1920 ibid) was a German administrative officer and politician.

Life

Richard Reinhard, son of the mathematics teacher and lyceum director in Tauberbischofsheim Joseph Reinhard (1809-1879) and the Oberamtmanns- and Councilor daughter Amalie, nee Bauer (1826-1880), studied from 1864 to 1868 law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg , the Ludwig -Maximilians University of Munich and the Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg . In 1865 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Freiburg . In 1866 he joined the Corps Franconia Munich . In 1868 he passed the 1st state examination. He then worked as a legal intern in Rastatt. After taking the 2nd state examination in 1871, he was a trainee lawyer in Rastatt. In 1872 he was promoted to Dr. jur. doctorate and got a position as secretary in the Baden Ministry of the Interior. In 1874 he came to Heidelberg as a bailiff . In 1877 he was appointed head of the Kork district office , which had its seat in Kehl from 1881 , and was promoted to senior bailiff in 1879 . In 1890 he moved to the Baden-Baden District Office as a member of the Board of Directors . In 1891 he was appointed a secret councilor. From 1893 to 1896 he was ministerial advisor in the Baden Ministry of the Interior and from 1896 to 1900 state commissioner for the regional commissioner district of Freiburg , the districts of Freiburg, Lörrach and Offenburg based in Freiburg. From 1900 until his retirement in 1909 he was Domain Director in the Baden State Ministry and from 1901 to 1909 State Councilor and voting member of the State Ministry . In 1901 he was appointed Privy Councilor 2nd Class and in 1902 Privy Councilor 1st with the title Real Privy Councilor and the title of Excellence .

Reinhard was a permanent member of the Baden State Insurance Office from 1993 to 1996 and from 1900 to 1901. From 1915 to 1917 he was the 3rd Vice President of the First Chamber of the Baden Estates Assembly .
